Return & Refund Policy

At tableware.us, our primary goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. As long as the tags are still attached and / or the item is in its original packaging (not open), all new and unused items (excluding final sale) are eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

Please note:

We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or USPS regular ground service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The customer will pay the own shipping charges of returning time.

Restocking fee:

NO restocking fee will be charge.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We do allow exchanges for unused, non-personalized items. You must contact us At MAIL: Support@tableware.us. 

REFUND :

Once your refund has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your stolen item and will approve your refund or Rejection will be notified. If you are approved, your refund will be processed on the next payment and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 7 business days for your statement to appear. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Your refund has not been received within 7 days.
